Lightheadedness. This symptom of a migraine is not fully understood. However, many sufferers experience lightheadedness during an attack. This lightheadedness can vary in severity from just feeling a little unbalanced to feeling as though they may faint. Sufferers can also feel very dizzy during a migraine attack as well. It has also been noticed that many migraine sufferers can have a sudden onset of this symptom with their migraine attacks, even after years of migraines without lightheadedness or dizziness. New migraine symptoms should be discussed with a doctor.
