Eye Irritation. Chlamydia can actually enter the body in means other than the act of sex. It’s possible to transmit chlamydia through the eyes if people have eye contact while having contaminated hands. It’s also possible for a mother to pass it on to her baby during childbirth. When infected through the eyes, symptoms will include irritation, itching, redness and a specifically milky discharge out of the eye.
