Frozen Shoulder Exercises that Give Pain Relief

Finger walk. During this exercise, a person should stand facing the wall. They should be around 6 to 8 inches away from the wall. With the hand affected with the frozen shoulder, they should touch the wall at waist up. It should be done with just the index and middle finger. The fingers should be made to walk up the wall. This may require the help of the other hand at first. They should be repeated and done, and the person should be going as high as possible to help increase the mobility of the arm.
