Frozen Shoulder Exercises that Give Pain Relief

Inward Rotation. To do this exercise, a person will need to have a large rubber exercise band. This band should be tied at the ends in order to make a loop. A person should have the end of the loop around the doorknob. The hand from the frozen shoulder should be holding the end of the loop that is not connected to the door. The elbow should be at a 90° angle as well as being close to the body. The band will need to be pulled inward towards the body and should be held for at least 5 seconds.
