Finding out a woman’s time of ovulation is definitely not an exact science, but a number of signs and symptoms can give women a pretty good idea of when they might be ovulating. Increased body temperature. One possible sign of ovulation is increased body temperature. In the first few days after ovulation, a slight increase in body temperature is common. This is due to progesterone levels peaking during this time.
