Many people occasionally end up with bags under their eyes, often caused by a number of factors. Cold Milk. In order to relieve the bags under your eyes, you will need to keep them moisturized. Using cold milk is a wonderful way to do this. Take a cotton ball and soak it in cold milk and then place the cotton ball on your eyelid. Leave the cotton ball in place for at least 20 minutes (you can use tape from a first aid kit to keep it in place) and afterwards wash the eye area. Potato. The very best way to get rid of bags under your eyes is to use potatoes. Cut slices of raw potatoes and place the slices on your eyelids for at least 15 minutes. The use of potatoes will reduce the inflammation of your eyes and also extremely effective at eliminating dark circles which may also appear. It does not matter which variety of potato you use as long as the slice of potato fully covers your eyelids.
