Baby oil and white vinegar. This is a one-two punch that suffocates the lice so they can be removed and eliminates any that remain with a mild acid. Saturate the hair with mineral or baby oil. Slowly comb through with a lice comb. Rinse or wipe the comb often to remove the lice from it. Keep combing until no more lice come out. Then wash the hair well. Now work white vinegar through the hair. Make sure it all gets wet, scalp and all. Put a shower cap on the head, making sure all the hair is under the cap. Leave this on overnight and wash the hair well in the morning.
