Symptoms. The symptoms of this condition will vary depending on whether a small part of the ANS is involved or if the entire ANS is involved. Symptoms include hypotension, exercise intolerance, sweating abnormalities, dizziness, fainting, loss of appetite, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, difficulty swallowing, incontinence, incomplete emptying of the bladder, and difficulty starting urination. Symptoms will vary from person to person, and depend on the severity of the disorder.
