It is also important for patients with dysautonomia to find local support groups. A local support group can help the patient feel more at ease with their symptoms and help them cope with what they are going through. For some people, they feel like they have limitations to what they can do every day and this depresses them. It is important if a patient has dysautonomia that they do all they can to stay active and set priorities on what they can do. Not overdoing it is key, as well as to not aggravating the symptoms of this condition.
