Encourage. The child that wets its bed at night can be encouraged to wake up dry in the morning. Remind your child that they will feel much better staying dry during the night. Parents can make the path to the bathroom easy for them by cleaning any furniture or objects that may make their trip to it harder. A potty can be put next to the bed for easier access. The child can also be rewarded with something for making it through the night dry. Encouragement can be something as simple as placing a sticker on a calendar for each dry night. The child will feel more positive when they start to make an improvement.
